With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Oliver Carpenter of Hamburg, Arkansas, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Carpenter and Lala Emory Carpenter; and his siblings, Clifton Doyle Carpenter, Glynn "Poe" Carpenter, Quinton F. Carpenter, Hazel Emogene White, Mattie Ruth Threlkeld, Mary Louise Thomas and Marjorie Nathalee Moore.

He is survived by: his brother James Edwin Carpenter of Crossett. He is also survived by friends.
