He is survived by: his wife Connie Cunningham Van Hook of Hamburg; his children, Paul Van Hook (Missy) of Texas, David Clayton Van Hook of Texas, Josh Van Hook (Angela) of Texas, Donald Barnett (Wendi) of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Donna Fuller (Russell) of Decatur; his siblings, Walter Van Hook of Natchitoches, Louisiana and Joann Smith of Pearland, Texas; his grandchildren, Ashley, Reece, Jaci, Kiera, Alexandria, Anna, Katherine, Kaylee, Kinley, Grace, Abigail, Filicitee and Kali; and his great grandchildren, Cy, Kota and Ben. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
