She was predeceased by: her sons, Bruce Jacob and Willie Earl Jacob; her parents, Willie Shaw and Lucille Haynes; and her siblings, Will Davis, Abraham Shaw, Mary Lou Green, Emily "Jaybird" Johnson, Betty Scates and Icola Watkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Earnest Jacob of Little Rock, AR., Charles Jacob of Hamburg, AR. and Lonnie Walker of Monticello, AR.; her sisters, Willie Jean Brown of Crossett and Janice Lambert of Hamburg; her stepchildren, Willie James Jacob (Carol) of Kansas City, MO., Willie Mae Rogers of Parchaman, CA., Regina Faye Jacob of Monticello, AR., Shelia Jacob of Monticello, AR. and Margie Lundy of Monticello, AR.; and her godson Bobby Robinson (Betty) of Little Rock, AR.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and fourteen great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
