He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Pamplin Walters; his parents, Wesley Walters and Elizabeth Martin Walters; and his brothers, Lonnie Walters and Billy Walters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sondra Boggs of Jacksonville and Rhonda Boggs of Jacksonville; his stepsons, Michael Richardson of Hamburg and David Richardson of Hamburg; his siblings, Thomas Walters (Sharon) of Hamburg, Johnny Walters (Rita) of Fountain Hill, Ronnie Walters of Hamburg, Elaine Carter of Seligman, Kathy Barfield (Jim) of Hamburg and Theresa Pilgrim (Tommy) of Hamburg; and his sister-in-law Brenda Walters of El Dorado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
