He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Carbone Walters; his parents, Wesley Walters and Elizabeth Martin Walters; and his brothers, Sammie Walters, Lonnie Walters and Billy Walters.
He is survived by: his son Stacey Walters of Hamburg; and his siblings, Thomas Walters (Sharon) of Hamburg, Johnny Walters (Rita) of Fountain Hill, Elaine Carter of Seligman, Kathy Barfield (Jim) of Hamburg and Theresa Pilgrim (Tommy) of Hamburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
