He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Meeks and Macel Campbell Meeks; and his brothers, Larry K. Meeks and Bobby Joe Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Spurlock Meeks of Hamburg; his sons, Rickie Meeks (Sonya), Tony Meeks (Lizzie) of Crossett, Sean Spencer (Melody) of West Monroe and Filo Estrada (Sally) of Benton; his siblings, Eddie Meeks (Helen) of Crossett, Joe Allen Meeks (Cindy) of Raleigh, Sheliah Meeks Crain of Hamburg and Terrie Meeks Tadlock of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Brandon Meeks, Justin McDougald, Cason Meeks, Tyler Meeks, Bryson Meeks, Rayne Axton, Shelby Spencer, Melanie Spencer, Allyson Byrnes, Ashlyn Byrnes, Noah Estrada, Abram Estrada and Reuben Estrada; and his great grandchild Haven Owen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
