She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Leon and Lucille Lewis Moyers; her husband James Madison Barker, Jr.; her grandson John Patrick Barker; and her siblings, Ella Dean Moyers Hall, Edward Leon Moyers, Jr., Pat Marion Moyers and James Olin Moyers.
She is survived by: her brother James Madison Barker, Jr.; her children, Ann Lucille Barker and James Madison Barker III of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Mary Katherine Barker of Williamsburg, James Henry Barker of Moab and William Madison Barker (Lauren Kendall Barker); and her great grandchild Kendall Madison Barker of Sugar Land, Texas..
