He is survived by: his daughter Megan Levy of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Pamela Hasson (Floyd) of Chatham, LA, Deloris Guy of Little Rock, AR, Ralph (Katrina Walter) of Pine Bluff, AR, Brian Guy of Hamburg, AR, Johnny (Trudy Guy, Jr.) of Crossett, AR, Keith Pippen of Crossett, AR and Raylon Walter (Quinzola Wiley) of Fordyce, AR.
