She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Henry Choate; and her father Cecil "C. L.". She is survived by: her children, Christopher Choate (Kendra) of Hamburg, Shawn Choate (Ashley) of El Dorado and Anna Faye Turner of Hamburg; her mother Faye Stevens of Hamburg; her siblings, Terry Stevens of Hamburg, Linda Worrell of Crossett and Jeanette Craig (Micky) of Hamburg; her grandchildren, Christopher L., Matthew, Adam Choate, Hope Turner, Jada Hartley Choate, Kadence Carpenter Choate, Hayvin Choate and Brooklyn Holloway; and her great grandchild Kayden Choate. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
