He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mabel Foote and Earl Foote; his wife Elizabeth Cartrett Foote; his brother Edwin G. Foote; his sister-in-law Maelyn Foote of Benton, Arkansas; his sons, Stephen (Shannon Foote) and Michael (Jennifer Foote); and his grandchildren, Rachael and Robert Foote of Monument, Colorado..
