He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cecil and Myrtle Berry Hilburn; and his sisters, Ammie Hurst and Dorothy Clevenger. He is survived by: his children, Billy, Linda and Sandra Hilburn; his sisters, Darlene Lofton of Camden and Carolyn McLendon (David) of Hampton; and also Lisa Vernon. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
