He is survived by: his wife Samantha; his children, Danni Jo Allan, Zeke Allan, Brody Allan and Ethan Allan; his stepchildren, Chad, Jackson and Elena Hogan; his sister Adrianna Houston; and his half-siblings, Samantha Bergman, David Bergman and Richard Smith.
