He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Fuller Higginbotham of Hamburg; his sons, Jamey Higginbotham (Michele) of Houston, Scott Higginbotham of Monticello and Mark Higginbotham (Sherry) of Monticello; and his siblings, Annie Jo Smith of Crossett, Betty Eubanks of Hamburg, Margaret Riley of Little Rock and Norman Higginbotham (Merlyn) of Hamburg. He is also survived by his family and friends.
