Cossey and Alice Wilson Cossey; his siblings, Vernon Cossey, Arvle Cossey, Lee Cossey, Othel Cossey, Eugene Cossey, Ray Cossey, Cecil Cossey, Mary Cossey Pack and Ruby Cossey Curtis; and his daughter-in-law Dottie Cossey.
He is survived by: his daughter Betty McDill of Hamburg; and his grandsons, Jimmy Cossey of Lafayette, Johnny Hodge (Jan) of Hamburg and Steven Hodge (Brandi) of Hamburg. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
