She was predeceased by: her husband Udell Chadwick; her grandsons, Shaun Udell Chadwick, Bryan Bain Chadwick and Bryor Lane Chadwick; her parents, Halcard McDougald and Virgie Rodgers McDougald; and her siblings, Doyle, Melvin McDougald and Dorothy Maxine McDougald Harville.
She is survived by: her sons, Max Chadwick (Sandra) of Hamburg and Dennis Chadwick (June) of Crossett; and her grandchildren, Stephan Chadwick, Melvin Chadwick, Chad Chadwick and Sissy Addington. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
