He was predeceased by: his mother Priscilla Darbee Miller. He is survived by: his wife Misty Melton Miller of Hamburg; his son Gerald D. Miller of Camden; his stepdaughter Melissa Chappell of McGehee; his father Gerald Q. Miller; his stepmother Sandra Miller; his brother Jon Bolduc (Shannon) of Casco; and his stepgrandson David Lopez-Chappell.
