He was predeceased by: his wife Sallye "Pearl" Peterson Taylor; his parents, F. "Dobbin" Taylor and Elizabeth Woods Taylor; and his sister Frances Elizabeth Taylor Wharton. He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Taylor (Erin) of Hamburg, Lynda Taylor of Searcy and McKenzie Taylor Olsen of Los Angeles, California; his grandchildren, Jake Olsen, Courtney Taylor Olsen, Kaela Taylor, Nicholas Taylor, Trent Olsen, Ashley Olsen, Mary-Kate Olsen and Elizabeth Olsen; his great grandchild Scarlett Elizabeth; and his nephews, Richard Wharton of El Dorado and Jim Wharton of St. Louis, Missouri..
