He is survived by: his daughters, Tassey Kelley Reed (Michael) of Hamburg, Natasha Kelley Bennett of Hamburg and Kimmie Kelley Henson (Jeffery) of Mountain View; his brothers, Henry Kelley (Karen) of Valdosta and Doyle Kelley of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Zachary (Mackenzie), Amelia (Nathan), Whitney (Andrew), Izaiah, Marleigh, Jocelyn, Haleigh and Rylie; and his great grandchildren, Sloan, Sage and Noah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
