He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Trantham Summers; his daughter Nicole Summers Cannon Wallace; his parents, William David Summers and Bonnie Elton Hamilton; his brother Johnny Summers; and his half-siblings, Glen Hamilton, Lamar Hamilton, Debbie Hamilton and Jo Ellen Hamilton.
He is survived by: his son Mark Summers (Kriss) of Hamburg; his half-brother Steven Hamilton of Crossett; his grandchildren, Stephen Summers, Rainey Martin (Matthew), Tanner Summers, Jacob Cannon (Ashley) and Bailey Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Braeleigh, Rance, Hollyn, Bruin and Alexa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
