He is survived by: his children, David Booth (LaWanda) of Hamburg, Anita Booth of Hamburg and Debbie Carter (Gary) of Tyro; his siblings, Perry Booth, Jr. of El Dorado, Jean Elliott (Jerry) of Hamburg and Ouida Wolfe (Winston) of Hot Springs; his grandsons, Charlie Booth (Karla), Blake Harville, Michael Booth (Mande), Josh Carter (Samantha) and Justin Carter (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Rayleigh Booth, Reagan Booth, Addie Carter, Maddie Carter, Daniel Harville, Jackson Carter, Colt Carter, Gunner Booth, Cullen Booth, Cooper Carter, Karli Carter and Cali Carter. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
