She was predeceased by: her husband Don R. Kelley; her parents, Woodrow Sedberry and Jimmie Rowe Sedberry; her brother Buford Sedberry; her sister-in-law Becky Sedberry; and her nephew Davy Sedberry.
She is survived by: her son Steven Kelley of Hamburg; her granddaughter Kylie Carpenter of Greenbrier; and her siblings, Linda Stell of Monticello, Joanne Stone (Stan) of Hamburg, David Sedberry (Cledia) and Howell Sedberry (Brenda) of Hamburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
