Barbara Foster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2022, at the age of 88, Barbara Foster of Hamburg, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jimmy Graves Stell and Howard Foster; her son Hank Stell; her parents, Walter Chance, Sr. and Ora Icee Chamberlin Turner; her siblings, Marie Mae Grant, Ida Mae Caldwell, Bill Chance, Walter Chance, Jr. and Jack Turner; and her grandchildren, James Miller, Jr., Stephen Miller and Seleta Kay Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Miller (James Miller, Sr.) of Crossett and Jimmy Stell (Pam) of Hamburg; her stepsons, Johnny Foster (Kathy) of Whitehall and Joe Foster of Hamburg; and her sister Susan Seibert of Northridge, California. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
