She was predeceased by: her husband Dempsy McDonald; her son Randy McDonald; her parents, Floyd McClerkin and Ina Nolan McClerkin; and her brothers, Floyd J. McClerkin, Jr. and Bobby McClerkin.
She is survived by: her children, Susan McDonald Stanley (Mike), James McDonald (Becky) of Hamburg and Jack McDonald (Debbie) of Hamburg; and her grandchildren, Kim Irven, Cindy Bearden, Christie McDonald, Lisa Biggs, Michael Stanley, Jami Hartshorn and Scott McDonald. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
