It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Payne of Halley, Arkansas, born in Lake Village, Arkansas, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Payne and Myra Fowler Payne; and his siblings, Hubert of Faburn, L. D., Lamar, Robert Payne, Maxine Evins, Loreada Virden and Doris Matthews.

He is survived by: his wife Paulette Waldrup Payne; and his brothers, Norman Payne of Little Rock, AR and Millard Payne.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Homecare Inc. , 990 Hwy 425 North, Monticello, AR 71655.
