He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Cooper and Marjorie Blann Cooper; and his sister Linda Burchfield. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis Cooper; his children, Walter Cooper of Halley, AR, J. D. Cooper of Halley, AR and Lora Medina of Halley, AR; his siblings, Arnold Cooper of Orange, CA and Shirley Burchfield of Midway, TX; his grandchildren, Allison Dunn (Allen), Victoria Medina (Brian Bauer), Kyle Cooper and Tiffany Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Dunn, Chason Dunn, Olivia Bauer, Kaitlyn Bauer and Colton Bauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
