He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ruth Burchfield Clark, Bill Burchfield and Larry Burchfield. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cook Burchfield; his children, Gary Burchfield (Jean Ann), Mark Perry (Valerie), Susan Gilbert (Larry) and Laura Kelloms; and his brothers, Jack Burchfield (Debbie) and Bob Burchfield (Peggy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and a host of cousins and friends.
