He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Spangler-Cantrell; his daughter Torie Cantrell; and his sisters, Betty Weldon, Judy Rogers and Linda Kelly. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, whom he treated like his children, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
