She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Hulsey (John Dee Leird, Jr.); her granddaughters, Madeline Smith (Chris Smith) and Laura Hulsey; her great grandchild Jameson Hulsey of Stigler, OK.; and her cousins, Anna, Jack Replogle and Virginia.
