She is survived by: her son Kelly Holt of Rogers; her grandchildren, Tatum Holt of Fayetteville, Maddie and Braylon Holt of Rogers; and her siblings, Susie Cole, Brenda Neal, Connie Trammell, Gary Slavens, Frankie Slavens, Harold Slavens and Kaye Slavens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
