He is survived by: his mother Leona; his wife Robin Slate; his children, Bobbie Moore (Rusty), Robin Bishop, Jenny Slate (Trista) and Teddy Slate, Jr. (Bonnie); and his brother Eddie Slate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
