It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Paul Neal Jr. of Hackett, Arkansas, born in McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Neal; his daughter Nina Neal of Fort Smith, AR.; his stepchildren, Deborah Vielma of Uniontown, AR., Jessica Hamilton of Liberty, OK. and Mark Ross of Fort Smith, AR.; and his sister Cheryl Hutchins of Corpus Christi, TX.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.
