He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Neal; and his siblings, Bill Neal, Ocie Neal, Jerry Neal and Nancy Lovell.
He is survived by: his children, William Neal (Suzanne), Stella Neal, Donna Hargrove (Ronnie), Glenda Fowler (Randy) and Brenda Neal; and his siblings, Jack Neal, James Neal, Betty Harris and Dorothy Clark. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
