He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Wooten of Hackett; his stepmother Mary Clark of Mansfield; his siblings, Steven Clark of Hackett and Robyn Smith of Fayetteville; and his close friend Tammy Keys of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters, several nieces and nephews along with a multitude of friends.
