He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur C. Carter and Mary Eva Carter (Stem); his wife Kathy (Grubbs) of Milwaukee; his daughters, Christen Carter-Dean (Jeremy) of Fayetteville, AR and Laura Lovelace of Roland, OK; his grandchildren, Curtis Christian (Kate) of Colorado Springs, CO, Caitlin Sory (Harley) of Booneville, AR and Max Lovelace of Huntington, AR; and his siblings, Therisa Hester and Mike Carter (Mary) of Hackett. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home (137 N Main St, Greenwood, AR 72936). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hackett First Baptist Church (401 E Greenwood St, Hackett, AR 72937).
