She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Smith and Geneva Smith; and her brother Buddy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Simmons of Hackett; and her children, Edwin Horton (Jane Ann) of Henderson, Ray Horton (Yselda) of Greenwood, Curtis Horton of Hackett, Michael Simmons of Fort Smith, Rene Stephenson (Jeremy) of Gore and Tammy Poore (Chris) of Fort Smith. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
