He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Cecil Izell and Edith Izell; his stepmother Opal Izell; and his siblings, Jerry Izell, Bennie Rausch, Jim Izell and Lucy May Rausch.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Jean Izell; his children, Bobbie Wayne Izell, Jr. (Susan) of California, Terry Allen Izell (Virginia) of California and Darla Jean Williams (Ed) of Arkansas; and his brother Pat Izell (Linda) of Arkansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and one honorary grandchild.
