It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Rowe Sr. of Hackett, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rowe and Pauline Rowe (Willis); and his siblings, Joe Rowe, Allen Rowe, Linda Whittaker, Wanda Bates and Delores Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Rowe and Chrystal York of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Devon, Cassie, Austin, Travis, Kailee, Riley, Preston, Blake and Jonah As; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Denver and Bridger Bill; his siblings, Leo, Elizabeth, Laverne, Dorothy and Betty Bill; his friend Those; and his sons, Billy Rowe Jr., Brandon Whittaker, Joe Rowe, John Adams, Tyler Wagner Honorary, Preston Rowe and Blake Rowe. He is also survived by his family, and his grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
