He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Margaret Epps and Elmer Epps; and his siblings, Arly Epps, Ray Epps and Betty O'Banion.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Epps; his children, Johnny Epps and Johanna Epps; his grandchildren, Chloe Epps, Jackson Epps and Lila Epps; and his siblings, Lee Epps, Sue Dorado and Mary Gibson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
