He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Freeman and Florance Ricketts Dulin; his wife Bonnie Sue Dulin; and his brother Charles "Charlie" Freeman Dulin Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Dulin (Kristi) of Gurdon and Dr. William Alan Dulin of Plano, Texas; his grandchildren, Bralen Dulin, Brynlee Dulin, Bryson Dulin, Grayson Dulin, Gage Scott and Lane Scott (Destinee); and his caregiver Juliana Romanelli.
