He was predeceased by: his parents, Conway Luther and Effie Gertrude Brown Coon; and his siblings, Clois, Conrad, Joel, Donald, Billy Wayne Coon and Joyce Quillin.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Coon of Gurdon; his daughters, Deana Ledbetter (Jimmy Lee) of Pine Bluff and Nancy Norman (David) of Caddo Valley; his sisters, Myrle Pierce (Boyd) of Arkadelphia and Theresa "Scoot" Thornton (Gary) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Stephen Ledbetter (John), Raye Ann Ledbetter (Seth), Hunter Fulton and Emily Fulton; and his great grandchildren, Dixie Lee Riley, RayLee "Trouble" Riley and Maverick Riley.
Memorials may be made to Beirne Baptist Church.
