She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Henry Wheeler and Ileta Mae Tunnell; her husband Lawrence Edwin Bearden; and her brother Charles Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Bearden of New Mexico, Darrell Bearden of Arkadelphia, Curtis Bearden (Sandy) of Okolona, Christopher Bearden (Telma) of Arizona, Sue Blanchard of Arizona and Freda Short (Robert) of Gurdon; and her sister Virgie Metts of Lenexa, Kansas. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
