He was predeceased by: his parents, N. L. Lee and Delphine Lee (Stiffler); and his brother Milton Lee, Sr.. He is survived by: his nephews, Milton Lee, Jr. (Karla) of Cabot and Scott Lee (Libby); his great-niece Megan Goodnight (R. J.); and his great-nephews, Jarod Lee (Addison), Vann Lee, Clayton Lee and Sully Lee.

Memorials may be made to Beech Street Baptist Church.
