It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Geneva McClure of Gurdon, Arkansas, who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Walters and Coy Warren Walters; her husband Orvil McClure; her daughters, Diane Harper and Tammy McClure; and her great grandchild Andrea Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carline Rogers (Nathan) of Gum Springs, Linda Lane (Benny) of Prescott, Shirley Williams (Rodney) of Gum Springs and Patty Cordell (Larry) of Bauxite. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (917 S 11th St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
