He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Dawson and Abby Genoa Dawson (Howlett); and his siblings, Jerry Phillips and Anna Ivy. He is survived by: his wife Ann Dawson; his children, Mark Dawson (Tina) of Grubbs and Rhonda Wallis (Allan) of Grubbs; his brother John Dawson (Sharron) of Grubbs; his grandchildren, Marcus Wallis (Ashton), Brandi Easter, Aggie Dawson and Ansley Dawson; and his great grandchildren, Aubri Easter and Avery Wallis. He is also survived by five nephews and two nieces.
