She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Estel, Gladys Lewis, Thurman, Emmie Evans, Dean and Patty Hubbard; and her grandfather Dwight Barnett.
She is survived by: her parents, Tony Floyd Lewis, II (Stephanie) of Midway and Karie Lewis (Hubbard) of Grubbs; her husband Robert Essley of Grubbs; her children, Layxten Clark of Grubbs, Lexie Clark of Grubbs and Adalynn Essley of Grubbs; her stepdaughters, Kayden, Gillian and Raegan Essley; her siblings, Robert Austin Lewis (Anabelle) of Grubbs and Kailie Fortune (Tyler) of Tuckerman; her grandparents, Pat Barnett of Swifton, Tony, Melissa Lewis of Midway, Mike and Betty Hubbard of Grubbs; her aunts and uncles, Deavan Hughes (Ty) and Don Hubbard (Carla); her nieces and nephews, Mason Boy Tyler Fortune, Marley Jo Fortune and Nolan Wayne Lewis; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Cathy Essley of Hot Springs. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, several cousins, and friends.
