He is survived by: his wife Janet Kinard; his children, Keith Kinard (Kathie) of Jonesboro and Christy Kinard Case (Chris) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Nick Kinard (Marlie) of Jonesboro, Eden Kinard of Jonesboro, Abby Case of Jonesboro and Kara Case of Jonesboro; his great grandchildren, Medley and Miri Fortenberry; his siblings, Dale Kinard of Grubbs and Mary Lois Kinard of Grubbs; his nephew John Vines (Libby) of Hot Springs; his niece Ann Vines of Fayetteville; and his great-nieces, Reese and Ellie Vines.
