He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendle Gallegly and Lucille Taylor (Westerman); and his siblings, Robert Taylor, Harry Louis Taylor, Faye Hill and Kathy Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Genoa Gallegly; his daughter Sheri Balch (Bobby Goree) of Tuckerman; his siblings, Carl Taylor of Augusta, Diane Brown of Augusta, Linda Kidd of Augusta, Debbie Skinner of Augusta, Brenda Byerly of Augusta and Lou Morris of Augusta; his grandson Gerry Lee Balch (Micah); his great grandchildren, Gunner Lawson Balch (Lauren) and Ethan Luke Balch; and his great great grandchildren, Grayson Balch and Elayna Balch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
