She was predeceased by: her parents, Fallon King and Lillie King (Carl Tapp); her sister Lee Ola Tate; and her brother-in-law Jody Tapp. She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Tapp Blackford; her grandson Jason Blackford; her nieces, Cheryl Tate Osborn (Lewis) and Karen Tate Roberts (Rob); her nephew Kevin Tate (Angie); her siblings-in-law, Barbara Tapp Bradley (Raymond), Peggy Tapp Hoffmeister and Don Tapp (Ludie); and her godson Don Rubottom. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of great friends.
