He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ordie Earl "Peck" Lewis and Gladys Alberta Matthews Lewis; his child Edmond Earl Lewis (Eddie); his wife Donna; and his grandchildren, Robert Logan Lewis (Kate) of Hermitage and Donnely Suzanne Lewis of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He was also cherished by two brothers, one sister, and many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Arkansas Hospice are suggested.
