She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Franklin and Josie Bailey; her husband Burl Southard; her siblings, Geraldine James, Neland Bailey, Wade Bailey Jr. and Richard Bailey; and her stepgranddaughter Lea Whaley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jammie Whaley of Idabel, Debbie Havener (Larry) of Griffithville, Jackie English (Lareece) of Searcy, Freddie Whaley (Terry) of Griffithville and Candi Deen (Randy) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Joshua Havener (Becky) of Jackson, Matthew Havener of Griffithville, Brittany Martin (Jason) of Edmond, Ryan Whaley (Stephanie) of Griffithville, Courtney Bright (Wesley) of Griffithville, Ashley Donovan (Casey) of Spring Hill, Jameson Deen of Austin and Kelli Deen of Searcy; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Ethan, Emersyn Martin of Edmond, Hallie, Adisyn Havener of Jackson, Georgia, Olyvea, Ryder Whaley of Griffithville, Bentley, Everett Bright of Griffithville, Raegan Donovan of Spring Hill and Brooke Donovan.
